Small tears on the head of penis skin won't heal

I've had this problem for over three years and have read practically everything on the internet regarding the condition and other people experiencing the same thing. I have tried many creams etc. but nothing has worked (listed below). Over the 3 years it's gotten worse and worse to the point where I've decided to ask for help online. I have not been to the GP/Doctor about this, i'm 19 years old, male, uncircumcised and a virgin. I don't even want to have sex because of how much it hurts even from masturbation.

The problem: Overtime it started with a few small tears on the head of the penis, as months and years went by i applied some creams but nothing worked so it understandably got worse. 2015 was very frustrating. If i leave it alone for about a week and apply Aquaphor healing ointment throughout that week it will heal and look fine. But once i masturbate it tears open again and starts bleeding. I've tried going without masturbation for 1-2 months but it just has the same result, actually, it's probably worse because the skin then becomes accustomed to not being pulled back.

One other problem that i face is that i can never pull the skin back past the head. I think my problem may be that the skin is too tight and that it doesn't stretch like normal.

There has also been a big thread posted on here a while ago which I've read and taken into account: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Mens-Health/Small-Tears-On-My-Penis-Wont-Heal/show/182280

Things i have tried:

- Canesten: Clotrimazole Anti-Fungal Cream ~ Applied twice a day for two weeks and not masturbating for that month so the area can heal. Apparently when i was reading through forums a few people thought this condition was a due to a fungal disease so i tried this remedy but it didn't work.

- Canesten Plus: Clotrimazole and Hydrocortisone Cream ~ Applied twice a day for a bit over a week directly after i finished the two week cycle of 'Clotrimazole Anti-Fungal Cream'. No pulling of the skin over that period of a month as mentioned above and it made absolutely no difference. Therefore i have ruled out the fungal disease opinion.

- Sudocrem Healing Cream (zinc oxide 15.25% w/w) ~ Kind of works, it takes around 2 days to heal the cuts when applied regularly throughout the 2 days but the same result happens. I have tried this for 2 weeks without touching penis and same result

- General Moisturizer cream ~ Does nothing.

- Bag Balm: Vermont's original ~ This stuff is used to heal cow utters from cracks and cuts etc. I used it on myself and it didn't do much

- Yee Tin Medical Oil ~ Does nothing.

- Aquaphor Healing Ointment ~ This is the best solution that i have found so far but it still doesn't work that well. It heals the cuts overnight which is really fast but even if i apply it for a few days after without touching penis the same result happens. What's impressive about this cream is the speed of the healing process and it has slightly reduced some of the severity of the cuts if i apply it after each time i masturbate which is around 2 times a week.

- Lube ~ Makes penis bleed for some reason and sting from the inside

- Fish oil and Vitamin D pills ~ done nothing (low on vitd during winter)

No matter what solution i try, i always end up with the same result. Once the cuts heal there's no point applying any more creams i think because it doesn't do anything, they end up just reopening.

There have been quite a few posts about this subject on Google but it's kind of hard to explain the problem without a picture. I have taken a picture of the cuts on the head of the penis but this is on a good day, usually there's about 3-4X the amount if i don't apply Aquaphor directly after action: (NSFW) http://imgur.com/LFSjxeW

Nationality is greek/maltese so my skin is relatively good/slightly olive. I don't think iv'e had skin problems in the family ever.

It would be highly appreciated if someone could let me know how you got over the same problem if you had it or if you have any other suggestions apart from getting circumcised. This has been a major problem in my life for over three years and even contributes to depression at some points. For example, even 2 weeks ago i had to reject sex because of this and my explanation to the girl is 'i'm not interested at the moment' even though i am but i can't say 'i can't go all the way because i have penis problems' because that would sound weird af.

Calmoseptine (over the counter-ask pharmacist). See your PCP or a urologist, but I believe it is a fissure that just hasn't healed properly. Zinc Oxide was the best but Calmoseptine is slightly different and should work better. Make an appointment anyway and they can do a culture to check for bacteria and maybe find something to aid the healing process. We all have been there and trust me when I say we don't even wanna get horny, let alone jerk or have sex...its just so painful. If need be, a urologist would be a specialist that handles these things. However, they seem to be in high demand.  I hope it helps.

Thanks for your comment, i'll go ahead and purchase a tube of Calmoseptine now and see if that does anything. Did you have previous experience with this? Did you apply the cream daily? How long did it take you to become completely healed? The skin also does not reach past the head, is this a separate problem, abnormal skin growth you think? Yeah, my sex drive is almost non-existent now because more pain comes from those activities than pleasure :/
Thanks again! And sorry for all the questions haha
