Okay so weird question but basically yesterday when I went to go to the bathroom for a bowel movement, I must not have been getting enough water and fiber and so as a result, I had to strain and really push hard to get it out, which caused some kind of straining effect in my forehead area.. It didnt HURT, but you feel like this tingling sensation......Or some kind of pressure sensation.. Does not hurt, but its like a constant pressure / tingling sensation. So I went to sleep, while I was laying down I felt it there the whole time. After I fell asleep, I didn't notice it obviously, for I was asleep. But as I would wake up slightly here and there and re-enter sleep, I'd notice it a little, but not as much. I noticed it was gone when id rest my head on the pillow on my side of my head (left or right)
But laying w/ my back of my head on the pillow, it'd come back
Anyway I woke up this morning and I felt it was gone for the most part
Now its kinda back, not as strong as before, but its pretty much there.. Tingling / pressure sensation
1) Is something seriously wrong with me?
2) Will this go away?
3) Should I go see a doctor over this? It doesnt hurt but its annoying to feel this tingling / pressure all day long and starting to make me wonder
Any insight id appreciate
The only other time I experience this forehead pressure / tingling is when I dont get enough sleep or if I masturbate too much and havent gotten much sleep. Overall, i NEVER get this. I'm concerned that this will not go away. I thought last night that if i just go to sleep, it will go away. It hasnt. I slept 8 hours too. I feel fine, the tingling doesnt hurt, but it bugs me that something is wrong. I took advil today and after an hour the tingling got less, but still there
Also this is the first time i ever had to push hard to get a bowel movement out, so its not like i do it often. I recognize that by pushing too hard, I caused this to happen, but im more concerned about what is happening, why am i getting the tingling, and most importantly will it go away, if so how or when
