. Is there anything to do to prevent this from happening?

Hello. I'm 20 year old male and I have developed one very delicate problem I would like to discuss with you. About ten days ago I started to feel strong pain after ejaculating.
You see, I'm still not sexually active years know. All this time I have never experience a problem like this one and this scares me a bit. The pain is at the tip of my right testicle and every time I ejaculate this really chunky sperm comes out. Is there anything to do to prevent this from happening?
Could this be something dangerous although I know that this couldn’t be some sexually transmitted disease!?

I think this is a question for you to take to your urologist.
