Head ache during orgasm

The last four times haveing sex as I get closer to orgasm A huge head ache starts. If I finsh The pain is so bad I lay there in agonie. It is allways in the front right side of my head.The seriuos pain last 20-30 minutes approx, then I still have a normal head ache for the next 8-10 hours.I am not on any medication at all. I am a 42 year old male in normal shape.

you should see a doc as it could be more serious and needs to be checked out , not wanting to scare you but it is a common syptom of an aneurysm ! or could be as simple as high blood pressure but does need to assessed by a doc . x x

I'd wager that you are exerting yourself very hard during sex - harder than your physical work.  

Sounds like the pain is coming from your sinus - you could have a bad sinus infection.  Have you had a bad cold recently?

You should see your doctor.  It's more than likely nothing, but there are other things it could be that are serious.

I dont really exercise . But I work alot physicaly and never get head aches.Only during sex does this occur.

Do you have the same headache whenever you are exerting yourself with other exercise?  Or is it only during sex?
