Is the bruise and discoloration on my penis something serious?

In order for someone to fully answer my question, they must have to know the full extent of the situation. I have been taking ADHD medication for the purpose of being able to study easier. Without going into specifics, these medications act as a CNS stimulant which hinders blood flow to the extremities such as the penis. That also being said, they also have the effect of kicking your sex drive into overdrive. A couple of months ago I noticed a bruise on my penis where my girlfriend used to vigorously squeeze when giving me a hand job. It didn't really hurt at the while it was happening or that much after. I masturbate more than once daily and the most pain I ever feel is the occasional soreness of the penis. Keep in mind that I do frequently take ADHD medication. I have this light brown bruise with a little darker brown spot on part of the bruise. This could be hyperpigmentation or a hematoma that refuses to heal because of the CNS stimulants hindering blood flow to the area. It could also not be healing because I can't seem to refrain from masturbating and irritating the area. But I am worried it is some type of cancer, The skin is dry and cracky where the bruise is and the little dark spot is tripping me out. The only real bump I feel in the area is probably because the dry texture of the skin compared to the normal skin causes it to feel like a bump but in reality, it is not. I am a little worried here because it been there for a couple of months. am I freaking out over nothing? Any help would be appreciated.
