Why is there a white lump inside the testicle?

Basically 3 months ago i noticed hard white lump on left testicle under the skin if i say correctly. I noticed that the left testicle with lump got more sensetive then right testicle without it. It depends time to time. It doesn’t hurt or bother me with my daily tasks. Then i touch it hurts mildly but after it my testicle feels uncomfortable from 5 to 10 seconds. I don’t see any size change on the left testicle it is the same as right. The white bump located on the front of testicle. I didn’t had any relationships or contact. Male .Age:20. Don’t smoke or consume alcohol. It didn’t bother me as much but every time i remember about this i getting worries. Do i need to go to dermatologist? How often does this condition have in males? Is it possible that i have cancer?

Lumps need to be checked out.  That's the bottom line. Yes, go to your doctor to exam this.  You can probably start with your GP.  This is a lump and not on the surface of the skin?  A white spot on the testicle might be a fordyce spot are going to be white spots.  But you are describing a lump, correct?  Feels like a pea or something under the skin or larger?  Here's some information on testicular cancer.  https://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/cancer/testicular-cancer/how-do-i-know-if-i-have-testicular-cancer  This link that you can copy and paste has information for what to look for in terms of testicular cancer.  While that is unlikely given the odds, it's still important to rule out.

It could just be a cyst as well.  Epididymal cysts are fairly common.

Any chance you can call your doctor and make an appointment to be seen?
