Erectile Dysfunction

In 2014 I had severe depression and was given EFFEXOR XR (Anti Depressant) and ABILIFY (Anxiety) pills to treat my depression, I was also seeing a psychologist. Since August 2014 up to May 2015 I was on both pills. I saw 2 psychologists from September 2014 to March 2015 and was deemed treated and nothing psychologically wrong with me. While I was on the pills I felt my body changing, I was more tired and lack of energy. As of Jan 2015 I noticed the sensation of my penis was gone, I could not get any erections at all whether at night, sleeping or in the morning. My penis would not respond to touching. Went to see a doctor October 2015 and got blood/urine test done also referred me to a urologist. Feb 8 2016,blood/urine tests results were fine, dr gave me 20mg Cialis to try, tried it at 3:35pm and later at 7pm had severe testicular pain and back pain, could not ejaculate. Took the other 20mg pill the next day, same thing happened, but the pain went away after 2 days. Feb 12 I see a urologist who says my problem is PROBABLY psychological (Which is a bunch of ********) he did not properly examine me and gave me 5mg cialis. As of Feb 12 2016 I was taking the cialis for a month, after 1-2 weeks I started to have pains in the veins of my testicle (pinched or inflammated vein) it was increasing and I could not function. Had a testicular ultrasound done and nothing was found. April 28 I go to the ER and was told the dr on staff had no concern, was seen by 2 in-terms who told me to take Advil. May 11 I see my urologist again and says he cant feel anything in the testicles, gives me anti-inflammatory pills for 10 days. I feel my penis and testicles and I feel immense pain in an area I never had pain before. I take them and they dont help, I see my urologist again May 17, I tell him I dont have money to spend and Id like to be treated by September. He says theres nothing he can do and cant treat me for my ED because he doesn't treat that (Which he had told me it was probably psychological), he also suggests more ultrasounds and to see a psychologist for the pain (Which he clearly didn't listen to me). May 22 I go to the ER AGAIN at a different hospital, the doctor AND nurse BOTH tell me they feel an inflammation in the veins, I get blood/urine test and also ultrasound. They put me on Novo-Doxylin (Treat possible infection) for 7 days, it helped reduce the pain, also repaired the damage I had in part of the testicle/penis area, but the pain is still there and also makes my testicle go numb that spreads to my leg. I dont know what to do anymore, I know I have nerve damage and lack of blood pressure flowing and being sustained in the penis. What can I take (as medication) to repair nerve damage, increase blood flow in the penis and repair pinched/inflated veins in the penis/testicle?
