You should seek medical attention, for physical exam and/or imaging tests such as scrotal ultrasound. Things that need to rule out include testicular torsion and epididymo-orchitis.
I have the exact same symptoms as Mike and the person asking the question. As this post is quite old, I would really appreciate if you could share what ended up being the cause and how you went about diagnosing it. I believe I am facing the same problem and your answer would be invaluable for me, even more important than seeing me GP
i have the same exact symptoms, i'm 27 and work sitting on my butt all day, the pain is most frequent around 7 pm to midnight, each morning its slight and by noon i think its gone but it comes back at night, i dont know if it's testicular cancer or what, let me know
I've been having the same symptoms for the last month, the doctors have ruled out torson and an exam of my prostate came up clean. however, last week i started experiancing sharp cramp-like pains in my lower left back and i'm not sure if its related or not. so far it has not become debilitating but at its worst it impares walking upright. I'm schedualed to see my physician again next week but i was wondering if mabye both problems could be caused by a type of hernia? (i'm 21, 6'2", 245 lbs, fairly overweight but in good health otherwise. I spend most of my time at a computer due to my job and college.) If anyone has similar symptoms please let me know! thanks.
