have white skin around penis, itchy white skin, what to do ?

hello, i recently , there is white skin around my penis and it is really itchy [ note i am sexually in active ] and i tried applying detol and some body lotion,
upon applying detol, it burns, and i might have applied it around thrice in last three weeks,
the itching started around a month ago and i noticed white skin around 2 weeks ago

Penis skin is very sensitive. Using harsh chemical can harm the skin. Visit a skin specialist who will guide you properly. It appears purely a skin disease. You may be having such skin in other part of the body as well. examine your body thoroughly to talk to doctor.

thank you for your concern, i examined my body and only area near penis[ not on penis but around it] has white skin, not completely white, rashy white,.
after applying detol, the skin started to peel off and new skin is normal from the looks from it, itching is decreased, still sometimes it happens, but on minor level, any other suggestions to completely stop is welcome,
