inflammation and dysuria
I've been battling this for quite some time. My penis tip (the meatus) always seems to be inflammated. Especially, after ejaculation, it flares up. I also have dysuria to go along with the inflammation. The dysuria is always worse after ejaculation.
I also have lower-centered back pain, which I'm not sure is related, but it happend the same time this whole thing started.
I've been tested for STD's - all negative. Had a normal urine analysis and culture, so I'm confused with this issue.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

son is having the same problem. We have been to three physicians, one FP two Urologists. We have an appointment at the Mayo clinic tomorrow. Will post what we find out.
