I've just married a man of 59, he is in great shape. He takes lisinopril for high blood pressure,and An herb called Saw Palmetto for good prostate health.
He was having a problem with getting an erection, so , we got a product called, "Horny Goat Weed."
Definately it works...he has an erection, but is unable to climax on most occassions. Is there help for this problem? Thanks for your time and advice. J.W.

Getting an erection only helps part of the problem, the rest of the body may not be fit enough, I suggerst you give him a helping hand if you know what I mean.
I am 64 and have no erection problems, I do take Atenolol BP tablets, I find when making love to my Wife I sweat like a waterfall but cannot come to an orgasm, she gives me a helping hand afterwards, I like to make sure she has an orgasm first, there is more than one way to skin a rabbit.
