Hi and welcome. How did you cut them, Triming the hair? If its deep enough youll have to get stitches, if not then just put keep some tissue on the area and apply pressure and it will stop by coagulation. Ive had this happen it me and your right, it does bleed a lot. I think because theres a lot of blood pressure and the testicle skin is very thin.
