pain in my right testicle!!!!! M22

I have been experiencing some pain in my right testicle. Over the last 10 days, I've been masturbating excessively for 4-5 hours a day. However, I've decided to cut down to twice a week.

The first time I felt a mere burning pain in my right testicle while masturbating, but it wasn't serious. After 2 days, I experienced a mid-to-high burning pain in my scrotum, as if I had nicked it, which lasted for about 10 minutes before subsiding on its own. Then, a day later, I felt a very small burning pain in my right testicle. Today is the 2nd day, and I still feel the same burning pain, but it's gradually diminishing.

Interestingly, after masturbating again, I didn't feel any pain. Surprisingly, I even felt some relief in my right testicle. However, given the potential risks, I've decided to stop masturbating until I figure out what the issue is.
