pain while urinating and ejaculating

Im a 24 yr old male. For quite some time now i have been experiencing pain in my uretha while i pass urine and occasionly when i ejaculate. My urine is very smelly and usually very dark in colour. Also when i masterbate, under the forskin(im not cirumsized) is very dry and some times i get sores from masterbating. I also experience a itchy tingling pain in my uretha, around the middle of my penis. This comes and goes, time to time. I have dont understand why i keep getting these symptoms. I have seen a few different doctors. i have had all sti's test and they all have came back negitive. also i had a UTI(urenary tract infection) test which also has came back negitive. Im running out of options here. Please if i can get as many answers or if other people have had these problems it would be much appreciated if i can get some answers. Thanks for your time.

Hi,
May be you are drinking too little water, if so, do increase your water intake. Try drinking unsweetened cranberry juice, as it has anti inflammatory  and anti bacterial properties. If the symptoms still continues, do one more urine test and look for UTI again.
