I am 34 and will be married soon in the next few months, i was doing masturbation since 18 till november-2008 and made promise not to masturbate in future, i have a strange problem whenver i am talking with my fianc'e some watery fluid come out of my penis with out errection sometime with errection, my penis erects only when i touch it, as i already i am going to be married, could you please tell me how i can overcome from this problem, how i can stop this watery fluid and cures the erectile dysfunction of penis?

i will be greatful to you if you could recommend me some tips.
