stomach pain with orange diarrhea

Im 21 year old and i've been having these stomach aches for a few days after using heavy amouts of drugs. I'm starting to worry since this usually didnt happen and i know it was stupid of me to start doing drugs but im getting worried that it might be something serious. After eating or drinking water my stomach hurts so bad that ill be lying on the ground with pain for hours long. I wanted to ask and see if anyone maybe knows what could be going on before going to a doctor since its something im scared to tell.
Used drugs are:
Ketamine, used around 10g in 1 week
3MMC, around 2g

I hope maybe someone knows whats going on and can tell me if its something serious or if its something that can heal it self. I do also smoke a lot and smoking kinda helps againt the pain in my stomach.

thank you in advance.

Just to add to this - I agree 100% with Curfew. If you haven't gone to the hospital yet, please go. This could indicate something really serious.

This could signal a medical emergency, and you should visit the emergency room ASAP for evaluation. You will not be the first person they have seen who has used drugs, so be honest with them so that you can be properly evaluated.
