More than likely, irritation from the soap. Your best bet is to use a very mild soap (or non-allergenic), or just water, to wash under the foreskin, and always rinse well.

My mother-in-law was having cancer treatments, and when she would style her hair and spray it with hair spray, instantaneously red dots like pinpricks would appear on her skin. It never had happened to her before; obviously her immune system was compromised and that made her skin really sensitive either to the product or its perfume. If anything about your health suggests a compromised immune system (such as, for example, diabetes or being on a medication), be especially careful with soaps, lotions, and clothes detergents. Use only those without scent or that are marketed as being hypoallergenic.

Thank you I don’t think I have a compromised  immune system because got COVID and I lasted a week and visit the doc often for my check ups one thing that scares me though is that when I swear I get itchy and it feels like pins and needles it only last for seconds
Sorry when I get hot I get itchy and it feels like pins a needles
Oh one more thing I have a very bad health anxiety every sensation feels like hell to me my doctor told me that it affects the immune system ever since i got Covid google and the internet has been my worst for example I taught I had hiv, a tumor, cancer heart disease and hundreds more it’s very difficult for me but I’m trying my best
Sounds like you should see a counselor or therapist. This is about wanting control in a world that doesn't feel in your control, and a professional can help you sort that out.
