MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Have you taken treatment for burning and pain in penis and lower abdominal pain? Early discharge during masturbation could be due to several reasons. Premature ejaculation is rarely caused by a physical problem.Anxietry, stress, too much of stimulation all can lead to this condition. Seek professional help. Consult a counselor or psychologist with expertise on these issues. Do keep us posted.
Best of luck!
