If you have a mass in your testis you should see a urologist. Probably he would check to see if the mass transilluminates. If it does, you can be pretty sure that's it's a non-serious fluid collection. But if the mass is solid (does not transilluminate, the mass could be malignant. But by far the most common testicular cancer in guys your age is seminoma, which, unless neglected, is almost always cured.
I've had vericoceles since I was a kid but I never knew and they never bothered me until recently. I have a teenage daughter so they didn't cause infertility although it's possible that they can. I would recommend getting a testicular ultrasound to see what's going on. I wouldn't be too concerned though unless they are causing pain or other problems. Give them time and see if they will get better in their own. If not, a Vericocelectomy or Vericocele Embolization may be performed.
First of all try to calm down. It's most likely not cancer and just Vericocele veins. I recently discovered I had left sided vericoceles and had a vericocele embolization. During the procedure my interventional radiologist discovered I had another vein condition called May-Thurner Syndrome, which can actually cause vericoceles and back pain as well as anxiety which it seems you may have. I would recommend first getting checked for May-Thurner Syndrome as a cause of the vericoceles. After my embolization I had a stent placed for May-Thurner and all problems are gone now including anxiety and unexplained fatigue. Hope this might help!
