The feelings of fever can result from an injury.
It isn't fever as such, unless you get your temperature checked and it is high.

After an injury the body will go into shock and you will feel cold and shivery.  Anyone falling 10 feet from a ladder, should be taken to the ER urgently to rule out internal bleeding, broken bones, and concussion.

Best wishes.

It's possible if you had an injury during the fall. Fever usually means infection. It can also be caused from a virus.  Did you see your Dr after the fall, or go to the hospital?
