Hi Franks,
I know you did not pour hot water over there, but take care, these are sensitive body parts and exposure to higher temperature to those parts is to be avoided.By the way, it appears that some people experience itching and redness in their scrotum during puberty due to increased blood flow and the hair growth in the area so that yours may not be any problem, but , to be sure, it is better to see a doctor, do not get embarrassed to take up such matters with your parents and see a doctor.

Hi,
If I literally follow what you have posted, that you have poured boiling water on to your body, I should think that your balls as well must have got cooked !! Do not worry man, nothing has happened, it must be some fungal infection, but, do not insist that you won't go to a doctor, since that is what you are definitely supposed to do. At your developmental age, do not neglect any problem with your privates, do always go to a doctor for help. In any case, remember, it is not a good idea to pour very hot water on the scrotum since your testes is always struggling to keep itself cool.
