Do you have a particular time of day that is harder for you with mental health?

What is the hardest time of day for you to deal with mental health issues or do you not notice anything related to that?

I believe the normal patter is that AM as your brain wakes up, it's not yet settled for the day. It scans through all the archives of worries and this dissipates once you are up and going. I've read a lot about positive dopamine in the morning such as reading something, a meditation, exercise. (no phone scrolling). And then PM when the brain is tired and can't reason as well or fight off bad thoughts, use coping strategies as well.  That's just a matter of get the lights out and go to sleep as best you can. And as early as you can.
