Does my brother have schizophrenia?

I have a 19 year old brother that is continuing to go downhill. His whole life he has had a difficult time and I'm convinced he has a mental disorder, I'm just not sure exactly what. A general list of how he is, is:
-he's always lied a lot
-obsessed with video games
-obsessed with drawing anime
-never been in a relationship- not even interested in one (quite Asexual)
-narcissistic
-different way of speaking, almost like he's in a video game. He has often said that he is "immortal"
-never been interested in school, hasn't ever cared-dropped out of high school after failing school almost his whole life.
-argumentative, kind of a know it all.
-no interest in work or moving up and working full time and making money
He is my little brother and everyone has kind of given up on him and I want to see him succeed in his life and would like to find a way to help him. Now that he's an adult, he would argue that he has a problem and I can't drag him anywhere to get him assessed unless he hit rock bottom and did something extreme.
Anyone's input would be great! Thanks

I assume he has a free place to stay; like mom and dad and when he is on his how he will bottom out and may be placed in treatment. I think u know that. and remember he does not see his life as u do.
good luck

Yes I would add though that some of what you have described about him sounds of concern. When he says he is "immortal" if he believes it that could be psychotic but only a psychiatrist  would understand it in full and the same would apply to some of the other things you described which if he values them over interactions with people and avoids that could be fixed obsessions but that should be discussed with a psychiatrist as well. He probably would benefit from seeing a psychologist and they could see if a further referral was needed. Dependent on the cause support groups could help him improve his interpersonal skills.

Thank you both. I'm not sure what to think of it either. He's such a bump on a log and isn't going anywhere in life. There's nothing I can do or say that will change his mind for anything so I guess I'm going to have to let it go and let him mess his own life up and make the mistakes he needs to make.

Sounds like he's possibly a normal 19 year old boy with no conventional ambitions.

I forgot to add an important detail- he is usually quite socially awkward. He will often say the wrong things at the wrong times or talk about a topic like he's an expert but can be completely wrong about it.
