Migraines When Lying in Bed.

Can Anybody help me please , I get very bad migraines and these all seem to be triggers, Lying in bed on my right side or my back or front , I can only lie on my left side and this gets very uncomfortable, I do not smoke or Drink , Over time i Found i could not drink many types of alcohol at all without getting  a bad migraine and this diminished to one small glass of wine around two years ago , now i cannot have even one glass altough this does not bother me. Other triggers are , Chocolate , coffee , Tomatoes , beetroot , Shaking my head like on a fairground ride , sneezing , coughing. I recently had a really bad attack which lasted several days When i had  a cold and i found that i had a very bad reaction to taking Beechams all in one which contains paracetamol , guaifenesin , phenylephrine & Contac dual relief tablets which contain pseudrephedrine , hydrochloride , paracetamol , I know that i am ok with paracetamol but the other ingrediants in these cause me to have really intense migraines. Also i Suffer with very bad acid reflux and Trapped wind , my blood pressure is fine but i am overweigt at 20st aprox 127 KG.

Get checked for food allergies like gluten.  Migraines are very common in Celiac patients.
