Head pressure

For the past 6 years I swear I havent been the same, I have head pressure which makes me figgity I get anxiety and I think something is really wrong with me. What could it be?

If the pressure is on your forehead and/or in your face it could possibly be related to your sinuses.  I have this kind of pressure quite often, and it is sometimes difficult to deal with, but if it is a sinus problem there is no need for undue concern.  You should talk to your doctor about it, and ask them how best to relieve it.

It's kind of everywhere, it's hard to explain I'm worried it may be tumor, I heard that when one grows your brain needs to expand causing pressure on the skull.
