Hi,
How are you? A complex or complicated migraine may present with headaches and neurological symptoms such as tremors, loss of sensation, sensory symptoms and weakness. The headache is caused by blood vessel dilation, decreased cerebral blood flow and abnormal activity of the trigeminal nerve. This can be due to some conditions such as hormonal disorder, food, certain medication, depression and even changes in blood flow patterns in the brain. If it persists, you may need to have this evaluated further for proper management.Direct clinical examination is essential. Take care and best regards.
what kind of medication are you on? If it's painkillers daily for the pain, it could be that you're getting rebound migraines. If that's the case, the best bet is to quit taking the painkillers for a while. I know, it sounds really bad, but the rebounds will just get worse if you don't.
I would also recommend talking to a PCP/neuro about this if it continues as you might need some tests.
Good luck,
~Dame
