Thank you for your response !!!
I am a Dental Asstistant and we do extensive work with TMJ, so I know that is not what it is. It just sometimes travels up and around that area. Upon reading more on the subject, I do believe that could be related to my neck and spine, (especially in my profession.) I also do not have the best posture!!
Hi,
Your symptoms are indicative of sinusitis. Sinusitis can cause pressure headache and ear ache. I would suggest you to try steam inhalation few times every day and see if it helps your symptoms.
The other possibility can be TMJ, and ear infections.
Hope this helps!
Hello MUSBUB,
TMJ symptoms include-
• Biting or chewing difficulty or discomfort
• Clicking sound while chewing or opening the mouth
• Dull, aching pain in the face
• Earache
• Grating sensation while chewing
• Headache
• Jaw pain or tenderness of the jaw
• Reduced ability to open or close the mouth.
Your pain is from sinus to TMJ and down into back and side of head.with throbbing in ear .It seems to be neurological, may be due to cervical spondylosis or facial neuralgia. You need to see a neurologist and get the disease evaluation done.
