Persistent Headache

Background:
2012 - I had headache for 9 days straight. And it appears at the same time (10am to 11.30am) and always on the right side. Disappears around night time if without medication. I was eventually cured with the prescription of stronger medication and for nasal and it is assumed my nose is the root cause.

2014 - I had headache for two weeks straight. After visiting doctor thrice and having eaten umpteen different types of headache medicine, I was finally relieved of this torturous nightmare. It was realized that the root cause is due to my chronic cough which persisted for 5 weeks.Doc diagnosed it as mild bronchitis as the root cause.

Current Situation/Problem:
2015 Jan to Feb - I had dry cough (only cry cough) which got alot worse in Feb. I went to Doc and was prescribed Klacid which I finished and eventually recovered.

2015 10 Mar - Dry cough came back but mild and manageable
2015 13-14 Mar - Flu with Dry Cough
2015 15 Mar - Dry cough with headache (@ right side) in afternoon, recovered without medication after one night of sleep
2015 16 Mar - Dry cough with headache (@ right side) in afternoon, recovered without medication after one night of sleep
2015 17 Mar - Dry cough with headache (@ right side in afternoon), recovered without medication after one night of sleep
2015 18 Mar - Dry cough with headache (@ right side) in afternoon, took panadol in the afternoon and recovered
2015 19 Mar - Headache (@ right side) in afternoon, recovered without medication after one night of sleep.
2015 20 Mar - Headache (@ left side) in afternoon, took panadol actifast and recovered
2015 21 Mar - Woke up with headache, pain persisted until evening where I took one panadol actifast at 6pm, nap and woke up at 8pm to take another one. But pain lasted all the way until today (22 Mar).

I have seen a doc on 19 Mar and she diagnosed me with nasal congestion being the root cause of my headache. She prescribed me Nasal Spray (Nasonex), Flu Medication (Fenfedrin) and asked me to continue Panadol Actifast. Panadol Actifast has worked for me from 15 Mar until 20 Mar but since 21 Mar, Panadol Actifast doesn't work for me anymore.

I'm really at wits end because the bear can be really unbearable at times. Does anyone have such experience or know what's going on with me?

My headache finally cured after 12 days of headache.
Doctor diagnosed me as sinus headache combined with tension headache.

She prescribed nasal spray, muscle relaxant as well as flu medicine to assist my recovery.

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

I am not sure you are having migraines cause I have never heard of them being related with nose issues.
My recommendation is to see an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) doctor.

You also may want to get tested for sleep apnea. It can be serious, if you stop breathing in your sleep that can be fatal so, you need to be tested so that if you do have it you can get you a CPAP machine.

Good luck and keep us posted!

Anyone can assist and help? I'm into 10th straight days if headache.
Since 21 Mar, I have been getting headache (mild) only in the afternoon, with stretching my neck making the pain more prominent.

Also, I start to have trouble sleeping as position now seems wrong with my neck and shoulder feeling some sort of ache.

Haven't been eating medication (as the pain is still manageable). But it's definitely frustrating for this to be happening 10 days straight.
