I no longer have the mind numbing pain but the nausea and vertigo and tingling and complete weakness is going on its 2nd day. I don't know what to do. I have so many things that need my attention. My poor husband :'(

Get some Meclizine. It works wonders for dizziness and nausea both!!!
I know, the first thought is that it is for motion sickness but trust me. It works!! You can take 1 three times/day as needed.
