How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Cluster Headaches indeed present with pain in the vicinity of the eye and pain frequently develops during sleep. Stroke occurs when blood flow to the brain stops. It usually presents with sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg /one side of the body; sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding speech; sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes; sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination; and sudden severe headache with no known cause.
