These symptoms can be a sign of a lot of different things. It is time to see a doctor so that IF it is something bad, it can be fixed more often than not when caught on time. I am not trying to scare you, it could be something non fatal and easy to control/solve, on the other hand, I am being honest and letting you know, these symptoms are reason to see a doctor.

How are you? Anxiety is a normal human emotion that we all experience from time to time. However, when anxiety is constant or overwhelming, and when it interferes with our daily activities, further evaluation may be done. Symptoms of anxiety attack varies from one person to another. In addition to the primary symptoms of irrational and excessive fear and worry, physical symptoms such as headache, palpitation, sweating, stomach upset or dizziness, muscle tension and even frequent urination or diarrhea may occur.
