Hi,
If you are referring to nortriptyline, this is a second-generation tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) used in the treatment of major depression, childhood nocturnal enuresis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and chronic pain or migraines. If it is bot helping, inform your doctor for proper management. A change of medication or shift in dosage my be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.

That's what we are trying To figure out. It seems as though they started around on just after the Dr. took her off Abilify or shortly there after. We have been looking for more info on this due to the side effects caused by the medicine to start with along with seeing lawsuits that are on TV. My wife seems to have most of them some worst than others. Mainly DTI  and mouth problems. We have been to our Dr. and he gave us noritripilen? No help there.

Hi,
How is your wife? It is possible that her headaches are due to medicine side effect, hormonal, trauma, and underlying medical conditions. If it persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.
