Yea, go to the doctor and get the MRI. And keep us posted! We want to hear how it goes.
An interesting thing is that these types of headaches shouldn't be able to happen to people under forty according to literature. Probably BS!
Do you have migraine of any type? Anybody in your family with migraine?
Hi,
What other symptoms are present? I understand your concern regarding this and this could also be due to exertional headaches. This type of headache may occur during passive or active exertions such as coughing, exercise or even straining during bowel movement. Most exertional headaches are benign but if it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor to rule out any underlying organic cause. Tests may include a MRI of the brain or MRA of the blood vessels in the brain. Take care and do keep us posted.
