wots goin on?

i went to the docs yesterday because for the past week my appetite has gone, iv bin feelin sick and dizzy and there a constant ache in my abdoman and lower back. first thing he ses is are u pregnant, being on the pill i was shocked am only had wot i thought was my period a week ago. we did a test it was negative, he asked me about my last period and i admitted that it was weird heaving clotting and v.discoloured and wen i thought it had finished two day later i had spotting for days and discoloured discharge. he now wont rule out that iv had a miscarriage. wot do you think? and y i am i still having the sypmtoms a week on

thank you so much for yor support, i didnt no where else to vent this. i had a urine test done. i felt very drained, weak and achey in my abdomen and back thankfully the syptoms hav eased more now, still no appetite though but should imagine that will be back soon. had some blood tests done, just a general screen to see if it was anything else. but there clear. is it too late now to do anything to confirm this was a m/c, im going bac too the doctors tomorrow to see wot to do next, if anything.
im not sure what to feel right now, my brains a little fried. upset maybe. the not knowing whats actually gone on is bad too.
did u feel slightly cheated cuz thought u were covered by the pill?

I'm sorry for your situation. I took the pill and got pg so it's possible you were. You said they did a pg test was it a urine test or blood? If your periods are usally simple and you had a diffacult one there may have been a chance you were pg. What kind of symptoms are you still having? I would make sure you call your dr if they progress and get worse. Try to stay hydrated and get lots of rest. I would put yourself on pelvic rest for a few wks just to give your body a break if it was a m/c.
