I would see a doctor.
The jaundice reminds me of iron deficiency for some reason. Iron deficiency can make you feel pretty low and affect your ability to concentrate, etc.
If the problem isn't physical (and you're not pregnant, etc) I would look for psychological causes.
It could be that that particular rotation has triggered memories and feelings of loss.
I would also asked to be screened for anxiety and depression.

there is no physical problems all invistigations were normal
i have previous history of iron defiency anaemia but now the heamoglobin is 13 and i have no symptoms.
what screening tests you mean?

I did the test and I answered 9 items out of 10 with"Yes".
The only No was for question( doyou feel guilt? )

the diagnosis is mixed anxiety and deprssion
still turble me alot , excessively think that bad thing will happen to me or to one of my family and cry alot, fear of death , do patients can have such symptoms or only me ?
