all day wedding ???? fatigue ??

I am in a bit of a dilemma ive been invited to my nieces wedding , which will obviously last all day.

i only went to a barbeque last week for an hour and felt extremely fatigued with headache. i had to go home.  the only thing is with the wedding its far from home and i wont be able to escape to lie down.

I dont know wether to risk it and go to the wedding or stay at home and be on the safe side

Hi jan. I'm with Lu. Go and enjoy yourself.

Getting a hotel room is a great idea. The noise, music, etc. of a wedding reception can be so tiring and even confusing. If you can rest up as needed, that's great.

Don't take your shoes off though. ;-)  Your feet might swell, and that spells trouble. Not that swollen feet are an MS symptom--they're just a fact of life.

Safe women never made history or have a good time.

Think about how you can slow down for this wedding and still enjoy the festivities and time with the family.  Yes, fatigue is no fun, but it is also something we recover from eventually.

Is this an event that you want to attend?  If yes, then go and have fun.  Just because we have this MiSerable disease doesn't mean we have to give up all the things we enjoy.

be well,
Lulu
