Your not alone!  I've heard of people doing this a jillion times on this forum.  With MS, I found that my memory stinks.  I try to compensate-- I keep paper and a calendar near my phone.  At the end of the week, I check the calendars in each location and transfer it to a main calendar at my desk and my cell phone.

I also keep a to do list on my desk of daily things to remember to do--it not only reminds me of what needs to be done, but it helps me from being a couch potato (I really have to push myself sometimes, though, to get moving).

Yes, I have an awful time keeping things organized, which is not how I used to be before the attack.  Lucky for me my cell phone has a calendar with an place to put appointments and mark certain days, and will ring me and remind me of an event. I usually set it to remind me one day before the appointment or event I need to remember. This comes in handy because not only do I have my endless amount of appointments to keep up with, but also my three boy's appointments and activities.

I do have some days when I am super irritable for no apparent reason. I usually try to get alone or take a long bath or something to remove myself from the stressful situation. It usually works and allows me to recharge and more able to deal with whatever is making me irritable!!!!!!
