Absent Cortical P37 Waves in SSEP - Quix help Pls

I've tried searching the internet and am not getting usable - plain english - answers.  I've got a copy of my SSEP on my legs.  Unfortunately Neuro R office did not send the report to Neuro C office so it wasn't available for my last appt.  My next appt with Neuro is early January.

Now I have a copy of the report which I will take to my January appt.  Everything was within a "normal" range except for the " ... inability to definitely obtain reproducible cortical P37 waves.  The significance of this abnormality will require clinical correlation."

Quix, can you possibly help with a plain english explanation?  Thanks

I don't know if Quix will be by this week, as she's been taking care of her mom.

However, by googling "SSEP P37 cortical", I got several hits.  The P37 waveform is one of the SSEP patterns.  With an abnormal P37 response, normal N22 latency, and normal N9-N20 latency, it means you have an isolated demyelinated lesion in the mid thoracic cord.
