an update
Hi guys, hope you are doing alright. I thought I would fill you in with what happened on Monday at the Dr's. Well, he is a FANTASTIC Dr. and I'm so glad that we found him, especially since we had such diaster with the other one.
Anyways, I'm going to see a Vascular Surgeon about my feet and legs. He did not like the look of them, and he said the pulse was weak ... so, we will see how long that will take. He also is putting me in touch with some Pain Management clinic, and he upped my Gabapentin to 3000mgs., and increased my Amitryptiline ...to 25mgs. and he also x;rayed my hand to see if it is arthritis and what kind, and he also x-rayed my face to see if this sinue infection is for real, or just symptons.
So, that is about all of it, we will have to see what happens. I will keep you all posted....

Doesn't finding the right doctor make so much difference!!!??? I am really happy for you to make that connection, I know it felt like the weight was lifted knowing we were at least on the right path.... Doesn't make things go away, but does help to give you strength to know you know have all the medical support and knowledge you need to make it happen!!!

I'm glad you were seen by a doc who paid attention to you Candy. Did you get the results while you were there or do you have to wait around again to find out what the pictures showed?
Now that x-rays can be done using digital equipment places that have it are able to pull them up on a computer screen immediately. My dentist can and it is quite remarkable.
I had sinus and chest x-rays done in a doctor's office recently. They were done using film but even those were presented to the doc while I was still there and he reviewed them with me during that same visit.
Anyway, I hope he can pinpoint some of your problem areas and get you feeling better.
