I know all our smart members here would not buy into any snake oil cures for MS, but just a reminder that the www is filled with just as much bad info as it is good. Being visible like we are may leave us vulnerable at times to "spam and scam."

Report what sends up all your red flags i.e., PM's, notes, and those suspicious posts that you think may need reviewing for this purpose.

Definitely a great reminder. I often mention "snake oil" type therapies that have worked for me, but never post the info just so people don't get the wrong info until they talk to me.

I figure if people are interested in what is working for me, they can PM me themselves, and I think that is a policy everyone should follow.

thanks for this reminder, Shell.  there are lots of ways that people and organizations want to use our desire to get help in a less than useful way.
