Opinion on MRI result

Please give me your opinion on this MRI result of the brain: There are nonenhancing, nonspecific white matter high T2 signal lesions w/in the centrum semiovale and corona radiata white matter of the frontoparietal areas B/L.  These do not establish the dx of demyelinating disease although they might have that relationship.  Also consider complex migraines in the appropriate clinical setting or other small vessel vascuolopathy.  There are 4 to 5 focal lesions total.  C-spine, T-spine and L-spine MRI's are normal, Evoked Potentials (visual and somatosensory) normal, lumbar punture negative, blood work-normal, a + Babinski reflex, and some sensation abnormalities.  I'm a 29yr female, dx w/ neurogenic bladder, more specifically-detrusor sphincter dyssinergia, also never pregnant so bladder prob isn't related to child birth.  I usually feel fatigues and achy, but I always attribute it to my crazy work schedule.  Any input is appreciated and I thank you in advance.

Pat,
How long have you been in limbo?  What initially caused you or your doctor to suspect MS?
Thanks for your input!

I not knowledgable about the MRI and will leave more helpful comments up to the experts here.

Just wanted to comment that I have 3 non-enhancing and non-specific lesions, 2 of which are "punctate" lesions on the corona radiata.  My neuro wasn't concerned about those, just the large periventricular lesion.  I'm interested in what others have to say about lesions in that area.

My LP, EVPs, spinal MRIs, VNG, and office exams are all normal too.   I'm still un-Dx'd and in limbo.

Hope you can get some answers and get your Sx relieved soon!

Take care, Pat :)
