Neurologist Said to Contact them is something new happens?

It's been a while! I am experience l'hermittes sign. Its not new, and its not a strong as it was during my last full blown episode (2011). I had it a few days back in May 2014 but I could attribute that to some virus I had picked up that had my temp at 103.
It started 3 days ago and nothing else has popped up (Thank God). Should I alert my neurologist about this? It seems minor and its probably nothing they can do about it. I'm just annoyed because i'm avoiding certain movements with my neck and being all stiff.
I felt bad yesterday with a running nose and sneeze. But it's gone today.Hopefully I just have a virus again.

But in a nutshell: does my neurologist need to be alerted?

Oh well, I think it's an official relapse. That annoying surface numbness started at my feet and spread up my entire leg now. Odd thing this time my toes are unaffected

Sarah's right. It is important to make a note and note how long it lasts or if any other symptoms come up make a note. You can make detailed notes for yourself.  But for the neurologist keep the notes down to one page. They do not like lengthy notes.

you are right, there is nothing they can do about it.  It is just annoying!  Not worth bothering your neurologist til your next visit, but note it on your calendar.

Since you had a high fever, is probably connected.

Hope you feel better soon
