for a while now ive been having some weird symptoms eye twitching arms or leg jerking while sleeping but not all the time its been a while . and every time I get over heated or sweaty I get this tingling sensation on my scalp and face could this be ms

Hi there,

I make it a habit to look through 'new' peoples posting history, because sometimes there is more information told in other community's and when it's added together, you can often get a better picture of what's been going on. I got the impression you're thoughts and concerns are more about possibly having a heart condition and MS is more an after thought simply because a friend mentioned MS.

After looking at what else you've mentioned eg. occasionally skipping beat, racing when laying down, every now and then have a dizzy spell for a few seconds, palpitations, heavy heart feeling, anxiety, over heating or sweaty = tingling sensation on scalp and face, eye twitching, arms and leg jerking during sleep,  etc. and some of these sx's happening for years, rarely or occasionally, sometimes happen or not experienced for awhile..........I really do not believe it sounds anything similar to what happen's when a person has MS, so i really doubt MS should be of concern.

I noticed most of your posts have sounded quite worried and the responses you've received have all been positive and reassuring, as well as advising you to see your dr for some basic tests and i'm going to advice the same but recommend you tell your doctor about everything that you are experiencing at the moment and hopefully you'll get your answer.

It could be many things. Have you had a basic neurological exam with a GP? That is where I would start. If they find something then see a neurologist.
