Hi, all. Woke up this morning (my 40h birthday!) with a viral intestinal illness. Waaaaaah. I'm doing a lot better now, but I have a question. The first symptom that I really noticed this morning was as I was going through that awful cycle of buildup to the next "event," my foot symptoms would become really noticeable; I also was having trouble walking and really feeling how I can't "feel" that foot, something that has not happened to me yet. What's up with that? Now that I'm better --the "cycling" part seems to be over--my foot is a lot better, although still more obvious than it's ever bene.
Just as an FYI/reminder, since there are so many posters here: I have periventricular lesions, 3 > 3 mm, "altered signal" in my t-spine "above" (no more specific than that) where I've got a tspine herniation and an arachnoid cyst pushing on my cord. +hoffmans, +rombergs, hyperreflexia, blah blah blah. Normal CSF. Family hx of MS (paternal grandmother). Sx that I describe have been ongoing now since October. Current neuro says "not MS."
Gracias!
