What I'm finding with this, there is no slam dunk. Just when you think you have one, someone else will deny any connections between your positive test results and the symptoms you're having, regardless of whether or not you've met the McDonald criteria.
But I have had the ear fullness checked. This was something I experienced frequently after a case of pneumonia. It was years ago. It doesn't happen anymore, but at the time my ear was filling up with fluid. He called it serosanguinous, got all excited, and asked if I'd let the resident intern come in to see it. LOL He said they almost never see it because it's usually covered with ear secretions and I'd gone whole hog washing mine to get rid of that horrific feeling. Unfortunately, it was of no benefit to me, but at least the intern got to see something cool and unusual!
Ear fullness is one of the early things I experienced. Within the space of two hours I had the fullness, followed by tinnitus and then almost complete deafness. Although I've still got the tinnitus, the hearing did come back with the help of steroids. I haven't been officially diagnosed yet but it's starting to look like a slam dunk with new things that have occurred :-(
