I dunno! I've had pinprick pains all my life, but it's gotten worse in the last two years.
ummmm...I'm not yet Dx...wonder if it's a symptom of something other then MS? I will let my GP know this too...just add it to my list...eh...
and prioritise it when I go to see him...only two or three items..right..

Unexplained painful pinpricks in the toes and tops of your feet? That's neuropathic pain. It feels to me as if somebody's poking me with a pin. Sometimes the pain makes me jump, or the limb jerks in response.
The tingling sensation is another sensory symptom.
As for what's the cause, they're still working on that! The theory is that you've got nerves with some signal interruption, so the pain and tingling you're feeling is basically static from a misfiring nerve.
