My chiropractor reccomended her, and after doing some research, it seems she is very good, but we will see!
Relaxing...I hear it is supposed to be. I have trouble just laying there looking at the ceiling. I'm one of those people who has a hard time "shutting my brain off". I hope this doesn't hinder the treatment! I am going to talk to her about that before my session tomorrow.
=( After about 24 hours, the tingling has returned. But, I am still going to give it a try!
The cupping actually left very few marks, and was uncomfortable, but did not hurt. It wasn't bad @ all. She actually did it on my upper arms and legs.
Going to a GOOD acupuncturist is wonderful. I have one I use when I get specific pain problems and it always give me relief.
Did you also find it relaxing? I've never done cupping because I figure I don't need all those hickeys on my back! LOL
