Headache and eye twitching

In the last month, I have had a headache in the back of my head that radiates into my neck. From my neck I have burning sensation into my arms and down my spine. Nothing seems to help and my eye continually twitches. I go Friday back to my neurologist and I hope it finally has some answers. I also had blood work done from my PCP and my eosinophils were elevated. I asked the nurse that called if all of this could be connected and she didn't have an answer. I have MS but have only recently found this out. Any help or suggestions that I could give/ask my neuro is very appreciated.

I don't think the eosinophils are related to MS. I am sorry about the headaches. I had to go to a pain clinic for my headaches. They had to try a lot of different things. My Neurologist is a MS Specialist and knew very little about headaches.
