Thank you for the reply. This will be my first appointment with a rheumatologist. And I am actually much more nervous about that than the cardiologist. Sinus tachycardia doesn't stress me out. But the thought of having lupus along with MS does.

That is really good news - sinus tachycardia can be treated and is strongly linked to stress, anxiety and sometimes the drugs we take. That's sort of the trifecta of this illness, right?
Stick with that cardio appointment and get the official take on your holter monitor, please. Will this be your first referral to a rheumie?
