My left hand doesn't curl fully at this point but my fingers tend to curl towards the palm about an inch or so. I still don't have spinal cord lesions according to the last MRI but I am starting to get some minor muscle wasting in that arm  just in the last 3 months so I guess a lesion will show soon enough.

Me too - it's basically a muscle spasm. I have problems with it especially if I've been working with my hands.

Yes my left hand has a reflexive tendency to curl in. I often need to make a conscious effort to uncurl it and stretch out my hand. The cause is lesions on my cervical spinal cord affecting nerves that innervate my fingers. I had a new MRI last week which confirmed this is the cause of the dysesthsias and also muscle wasting and weakness in that hand. Not much can be done about it and it's a source of constant frustration to me.

I have never had that happened. I answered your post so it would not be forgotten.
